Patriotic Education

About This Association

Patriotic Education Incorporated was founded as a non-profit corporation in 1952 by a group of members of the Sons of the American Revolution. These members were concerned that too many Americans understood far too little of our nation's heritage and their responsibilities as citizens to preserve the blessings of liberties we enjoy. Their objective was "to develop a strong citizenry, fully informed on the basic ideas and principles of our country, which will stand steadfast in the faith of the founding fathers of our republic." This remains PEI's purpose today.
