About This Association

History of Chapter: Chartered in 1957 as the Mountain States Line Constructors Chapter. The Chapter merged with the California Nevada Line Constructors Chapter in 1973 and charted under the name of the Western Line Constructors Chapter in 1974. There have been six (6) Chapter Managers since the original charter. Western Line Constructors provides its members with an effective agency through which to express their collective voice on issues affecting the outside line construction industry. Today the Chapter represents qualified, reliable, and experienced outside contractors in California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming. Western Line Constructors serves its members through Labor Relations, Educational Services, Safety, Training, Government Affairs, Benefit Collections, Substance Abuse Testing (WLSAP) and other services to enhance the member's value.
