Dental Society of Chester County and Delaware County

About This Association

The Dental Society of Chester County and Delaware County was founded on October 25, 1894. The first Society President and Founder, Dr. S. Blair Luckie (1895-1897), concluded “it would be of mutual benefit and a means of increasing our usefulness to form a Dental Society, comprising member s of the Profession practicing in said counties”. Thus the organization was born and has, for the past 116 years, strove to improve the profession in all matters of mutual interest and advantage to the people of Chester and Delaware Counties. Currently, the Society boasts approximately 600 member dentists within both Chester and Delaware Counties and is always welcoming new dental professionals who are interested in improving the profession for both practitioners and patients
