About This Association
YWCA Rock County is a non-profit membership organization chartered in 1922 as a member of the national YWCA. Today's YWCA serves women and the entire community through five social service programs, community events and advocacy efforts meant to empower women throughout the wider Rock County area. YWCA Rock County partners with the United Way Blackhawk Region.
