About This Association

Welcome to the Property Management Association (PMA). PMA is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the national capital region's property management community. Today, the Association represents more than 1,800 property management professionals responsible for an estimated 750,000 residential units and more than 100 million square feet of commercial space. The membership also includes nearly 400 Associate Member firms that provide products and services used in the management, operation and maintenance of real property. PMA's mission is to share knowledge, offer practical education programs and help members to improve their professional network.
