About This Association

USA Lacrosse became the new name of our organization in May 2021. USA Lacrosse is proud to serve the sport by bringing the energy and excitement to our efforts that the players, coaches and officials bring every time they step on the field. We collaborate with passionate experts across the sport to create opportunities for people to enjoy the sport, learn about the game, keep participants safe and ensure that everyone feels welcome. Collaboration is something the organization was built upon. We were established in 1998 as US Lacrosse following the merger of eight national lacrosse organizations, mostly volunteer run, to help bring more resources to the sport.
