For over 40 years, the Apartment Owners Association of California, Inc. (AOA) has provided California apartment owners with low cost, full service landlording resources. Founded in 1982 by Daniel C. Faller, AOA has become one of the largest apartment associations in the United States, thanks to you, our loyal members. Our purpose is to provide professional guidance and economic benefits for apartment owners throughout California. Our goal is to provide information that will help you discover at least one idea that will help you make and/or keep more money than ever before! Also we desire to support you in making your business of providing housing for others more profitable, easier and more enjoyable!
