About This Association
NPTA (the National Paper Trade Association), founded in 1903, is the association for the $50+ billion paper distribution channel. NPTA serves the printing, publishing, catalog, direct mail, imaging, retail and corporate markets. NPTA now represents four types of members: Distributors of printing paper, industrial paper or both Suppliers of printing paper (paper manufacturers/paper mills, graphic arts supplies manufacturers and redistributors) Converters who represent a variety of roles in the paper supply chain Service providers who support paper distributors and manufacturers with their products and services NPTA's Mission The mission of NPTA is to actively support the success of member firms through the delivery of networking, education, advocacy and industry trends focused on the health of the paper distribution channel.
