About This Association
What was initially conceived and executed as a Workplace Dignity blog in 2012 has morphed into a service-oriented nonprofit center providing in-depth training, dispute resolution engagement, and transition services to those in need. Workplace Dignity Center (Workplace DC) is an action-oriented think tank and nonprofit centered around reconciliation that provides education and advocacy tools to help employees and employers better navigate their workplace relationships. Workplace DC is dedicated to infusing dignity and prioritizing reconciliation in the workplace through programs, training, and pre-litigation advocacy. The Center aims to lessen workplace tension and violence, combat the deterioration of trust and fair play, enhance workplace training, mitigate immutable barriers to employability, and eliminate all forms of harassment, bullying, exploitation, and discrimination.
